Seth Scrimo is a United States Marine and currently is involved in the Marine Corps Reserves as a Non-Commissioned Officer. He is a certified professional through the American Council on Exercise. He earned his personal trainer certification while going through his undergraduate studies at Kent State University. Seth graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology in May 2015. He has since expanded his specialty by getting certified as a Weight Loss Specialist through the American Council on Exercise. He has a vast knowledge of flexibility, strength, and endurance that he regularly uses with his clients to push them to the next level. Seth is a seasoned fitness instructor and has taught various classes from Silver Sneakers, Boot Camp, Tabatha and even hosted a Teen Strength Clinic when he worked for the YMCA. In Seth's spare time he runs marathons for the Greater Cleveland Fisher House charity and loves to cook. He participated in many research projects while at Kent State University and received a Community Service Award for doing over 300 hours of community service in one year. Seth will motivate you to new fitness levels and make sure you meet your fitness goals.
Summer Dalton is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association. She graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. Summer was a former collegiate soccer player at Florida Southern University. After playing, Summer picked up coaching club soccer and did that for the past 7 years. Along with coaching, Summer was also the head strength and conditioning coach for the boys and girls teams ages 10-18. She specializes in one-on-one training, boot camps, and working with athletes. Summer is an avid Ohio State football fan, loves to listen to Country music, playing with her golden lab and enjoys Mexican food.
