Seth Scrimo


Seth Scrimo is an ACE Personal Trainer as well as a Sports Conditioning Specialist. He is a United States Marine and currently is involved in the Marine Corps Reserves as a Non-Commissioned Officer. He graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Exercise Physiology in May 2015. He has a vast knowledge of flexibility, strength and endurance that he regularly uses with his clients to push them to the next level. Seth is a seasoned fitness instructor and has taught various classes from Silver Sneakers, Boot Camp, Tabatha and even hosted a Teen Strength Clinic when he worked for the YMCA. In Seth's spare time he runs marathons for the Greater Cleveland Fisher House charity and loves to cook. He participated in many research projects while at Kent State University and received a Community Service Award for doing over 300 hours of community service in one year. Seth will motivate you to new fitness levels and make sure you meet your fitness goals.

Dayton Wright is a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine. He developed his love for health and wellness when he was younger and pushed himself to lose 50 pounds. Dayton knows first hand the struggles of how hard it is to stay the course on your fitness journey. He believes fitness is a huge key to your well-being in all aspects of life. Dayton is a big lover of sports. He played football in high school and currently plays basketball for fun in recreational leagues. Outside of the gym, Dayton loves to spend time with his friends and family, playing with his dogs, fishing, cooking out, or watching some sports games. He has the knowledge and motivation to get you where you want to be!

Shannon Zimmerly is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She graduated from Malone University with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching. She played for the women’s soccer team while she was at Malone and also assisted in their strength and conditioning program. Shannon has always had a passion for exercise and teaching people to take care of their bodies the correct way because of her struggle. During high school, she struggled with an eating disorder and because of that experience she has developed a passion for people that struggle with their body image. She knows what it is like to be unhealthy, and wants to be able to use her story to show people that they can change. Outside of the gym, Shannon loves spending time outdoors with her husband Jon and their dog, Flynn. She also enjoys playing in basketball recreational leagues, playing her guitar, and drinking lots of coffee.
