Seth Scrimo

FITNESS MANAGER BIO

Seth Scrimo is an ACE Personal Trainer as well as a Sports Conditioning Specialist. He is a United States Marine and currently is involved in the Marine Corps Reserves as a Non-Commissioned Officer. He graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Exercise Physiology in May 2015. He has a vast knowledge of flexibility, strength and endurance that he regularly uses with his clients to push them to the next level. Seth is a seasoned fitness instructor and has taught various classes from Silver Sneakers, Boot Camp, Tabatha and even hosted a Teen Strength Clinic when he worked for the YMCA. In Seth's spare time he runs marathons for the Greater Cleveland Fisher House charity and loves to cook. He participated in many research projects while at Kent State University and received a Community Service Award for doing over 300 hours of community service in one year. Seth will motivate you to new fitness levels and make sure you meet your fitness goals.

PERSONAL TRAINERS

Michele Pugh is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) of Philadelphia. She first found her passion for weightlifting and nutrition as a teenager. Now, as a mother of two adult daughters, she knows all too well what it is like to try and maintain a healthy weight and nutritious lifestyle, all while trying to run a household and work a full-time job. She loves being outdoors with nature, hiking, and kayaking. Michele is a full believer in the Mind, Body, and Spirit connection. She believes the keys to success are keeping a positive mind, fueling your body with healthy whole foods and regular exercise and having faith in anything, but especially yourself. She chose to become a Personal Trainer because it combined the two things that she is most passionate about: fitness/nutrition and helping people. Michele will not only inspire you to believe in yourself; she will help you on the journey of becoming the best version of yourself.
